Woman Warrior

Hippolyta appears in the myth of Heracles. It was her straps which Heracles was send to recover Admetus, King Eurystheus, as his ninth labor.

This woman of many names was one of the queens of the Amazons. The Amazons were a warrior race of women descended from Ares, the god of war. Sometimes you meet people of other nations to create future generations, but that increase only to girls, killing the boys.

Enyo was the goddess of war. She was the close companion of the god Ares Enyalios and  woman counterpart.

Enyo is strongly famous among Eris, an goddess of discord. Certainly Homer doesn’t seem to differentiate between the two goddesses. She also was related to the Anatolian goddess Ma and Roman Bellona.

Enyo, the goddess of war, who delights in bloodshed and destruction of cities, and came to Mars in battles.

Athena was known as a Goddess of war and wisdom. Unlike the war God Ares, she wasn't recognized for her brutality and bullying behavior. She was much more of a stategist along with a diplomat and was known as upon to mediate in a number of disputes and wars between the Gods.

This Greek Goddess seemed to be related to domestic crafts.

In Greek mythology she trained Prometheus astrology, architecture, navigation, medicine and mathematics. She's credited using the invention of weaving, spinning, the plough and rake.

Atalanta's name indicates "Unswaying" and she or he certainly lived as much as it . . . Atalanta would be a girl with attitude!

She was born to some father who was hoping for a son and places the newborn Atalanta out within the forest exactly where she grew up by one of Artemis' she-bears. But ultimately she reappeared in his life bearing no grudge against him.

Atalanta by no means appeared to fall within the trap of "buying into" attempting to win approval into any conservative mold. She stood ready to protect her private values, and was perfectly effective at performing so.
